Services and Charges

As a service to our customers, we have listed our standard rates for the services that we provide. We believe that this will help you in deciding on the type of support that you would like to engage us in.

On-site/Remote Support
Software Development
Training
Maintenance Contract

On-site/Remote Support

  1. On-site support (Singapore) - Scheduled
    • Arranged at least 2 days in advance
    • Charges: S$800/day
    • Minimum charge: S$800 (one day)

  2. On-site support (Singapore) - Urgent
    • Response within 2 hours
    • Charges: S$150/hour
    • Minimum charge: S$300 (2 hours)
    • Maximum charge of S$800/day

  3. On-site support (Overseas) - Scheduled
    • Arranged at least 1 week in advance
    • Charges: S$800/day
    • Minimum charge: S$1600 (2 days)
    • Excludes transportation and accommodation charges

  4. Remote support - Phone/Email/Fax/Modem
    • Requires BASIC maintenance contract
    • Charges: S$100/hour or S$100 per incident (whichever is higher)
    • Minimum charge: S$100
    • Excludes IDD charges for return calls to non-Singapore telephone numbers
    • For modem support, customer must use PC Anywhere for Windows as remote control software

Software Development

  1. Initial Meeting and Proposal Document
    • Charges: S$800
    • This fee is waived if the proposal is accepted by the customer, and project exceeds 5 days of development work
    • A discount of 50% is given for this proposal fee if the proposal is accepted but covers less than 5 days of development work

  2. Development Work
    • This covers the following:
      • System Study
      • Programming
      • Training
      • Implementation
    • Charges: S$800/day
    • All development projects come with a 1 year warranty (from implementation date). Any problems found to be due solely to errors or bugs in the developed application will be fixed free of charge.

  3. Documentation Charges
    • This covers the following:
      • System Specifications
      • Training Materials
      • User Guides
      • Technical References
    • S$300 for every 10 pages of A4 sized  documentation
    • Minimum charge: S$300

Training

  1. Customised Training
    • All training will be tailored to the customer's requirement.
    • Training will be held at customer's premises.
    • No limit to the number of attendees.
    • Includes 1 printed copy of standard training materials only (can be duplicated by customer)
    • Charges: S$1000/day
    • Excludes travel and accommodation charges for overseas sites

  2. Advanced Revelation Developer course
    • Charges: S$3000 (3 days)
    • Students must already be versed in basic programming concepts as course does not teach general database programming
    • Covers AREV interface, AREV data structure, creating AREV applications, PAINT, RBASIC, RLIST etc
    • AREV courses are conducted in AREV 3.X.

Maintenance Contracts

  1. Basic
    • Charges: S$2000/year
    • Remote support only (Phone/Fax/Email/Modem)
    • Covers 20 incidents. Subsequent support will be charged at S$100 per incident or S$100/hour, whichever is higher
    • Excludes IDD charges for return calls to non-Singapore telephone numbers

  2. Customised
    • All other maintenance contracts are negotiated on a case by case basis based on the following:
      • applications to be supported
      • type of support required (on site, off site)
      • response time required
      • service hours
      • duration of coverage
    • Rates are variable (based on agreement). Generally set at 10% of initial development charges (plus enhancements), subject to a minimum of S$2000/year.
    • Minimum charges: S$2000/year
